What we collect

If you complete the enquiry form on this site, we collect your name, company name, email address, phone number and the content of your message. Our hosting provider also processes standard technical information such as your IP address and browser type in order to serve the site securely.

We do not use advertising cookies or third party tracking on this website.

Why we use it and our lawful basis

We use the details you send us to respond to your enquiry, to prepare a quotation and, where relevant, to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. Our lawful bases are legitimate interests (responding to business enquiries) and, where you are asking us to quote, the performance of a contract or steps taken prior to a contract.

Who we share it with

We share enquiry details only with the members of our own team who need them to respond, and with the service providers who host this website and deliver our email. We do not sell personal information.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a business relationship are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted. Where an enquiry becomes an account, records are retained for the life of the relationship and for six years afterwards to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Your rights

You have the right to ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have inaccurate information corrected, to ask us to erase it or restrict how we use it, to object to processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interests, and to request portability of information you provided to us.
