Off Shore Logistics Services was incorporated in Q4 2024 to address the requirements of a pan-international client with multiple manufacturing sites in the UK. On 1st July, OSLS will open its 298,000 sq ft facility in Durham to provide a full 3PL solution to this client, and in Q1 2026 we will roll out our 4PL services to the same client.
The senior team in OSLS is made up of seasoned logisticians whose experience is both UK and international.

The seamless integration of warehouse activities with freight movements within our ERP system allows us amazing efficiency and provides our customers with unbeatable service.
To achieve this we deploy Azyra, an Irish ERP system with a worldwide customer base.

Third Party Logistics
We provide Third Party Logistics (3PL) services for a number of our clients from our Dublin Distribution Centre and in July 2025 we will do the same from Durham (UK). These services are handling (receipt, and pick and pack), storage, and nationwide and worldwide distribution.
We utilise a network of hubs across the Island of Ireland (IOI) which allows our customers to avail of small storage solutions close to where their agents need them. We deliver and collect from these hubs on a daily basis.
For a number of international clients we provide a 3PL service from Holland, where we serve their eastern European and southern European markets far more efficiently and cost effectively than their USA base.
Fourth Party Logistics
For one of our American clients, we have set up a 4PL in Europe. Their requirement was to provide quick, cost-sensitive deliveries across all of Europe for one of their clients.
In this instance, successful logistics is managing the balance between costs and effectiveness of multiple stockholding against the delivery price, within the acceptable delivery window. To achieve this, we built a 4PL network which consists of three 3PLs in various locations across Europe, and we manage all activity through these 3PLs. We are the 4PL.
In Q1 2022 we rolled out a new 4PL which is a worldwide solution, requiring 3PLs in locations from Canada to Brazil, across all Europe and on to India, China and Australia. This 4PL role is made possible by the strength of the Azyra systems and the knowledge and expertise of our staff and our network globally.
International Freight
Every mode, every lane, one point of contact.
Your cargo and your shipments matter to us. Whether it is a few pallets, a single shipment or multiple full loads every week, we have solutions to handle your cargo. We provide transport solutions worldwide. With our experience, your cargo will be delivered whenever and wherever you want.
We deal with groupage shipments, full load truck and less than full load truck shipments. We cover the whole gamut of Incoterms and, through our comprehensive worldwide network, we are particularly strong with door-to-door services worldwide.
Air Freight
Airfreight is challenging. It is fast-moving and constantly changing because of the nature of the business. Air freight jobs can change minute by minute, so it is essential to have a partner who provides reliability and stability to maintain your supply chain’s total functionality.
At OSLS we provide a complete package of air logistics solutions. When time is crucial for your cargo, and air freight is a costly option, our service focuses on quick transit and constant communication, combined with the ability to take cost-saving opportunities when they present themselves.
Sea Freight
When time is not a factor and costs are your primary issue, or whether you have hazardous cargo or plain standard shipments, we are here with our team of experienced professionals to help you.
Ocean freight services that we offer include freight consolidation and forwarding, and FCL or LCL container management.
Our employees are ready to guide you through the regulations, cultural norms and complex port layouts to ship your cargo from port to port and, if you need, we can handle delivery or pickup to your doorstep too. We will combine our sea freight services with our air, rail and road solutions to match your requirements and transit times.
Road Freight
From full loads to part loads, or even pallets, we have departures daily from all major cities in Europe utilising both our door-to-door and consolidated services.
Whichever service best meets your needs, it is monitored and tracked throughout its journey and viewable by our customers on our Customer Portal, powered by Azyra.
Rail Freight
Depending on the trade-off for our customers on cost and time, rail may be an option for goods from Asia into eastern, middle and western Europe.
This consolidated service departs weekly and has a transit time to Europe of between 19 and 25 days depending on the routing chosen.

The detail that keeps a supply chain honest.
Stock
Our warehouse management system (WMS) is a FIFO (first in, first out) stack which is only overridden by the managing of batch number, expiry date, best before, use by, serial number and lot number. Our WMS can manage variations of the above whilst maintaining the life cycle integrity of your product.
Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Following joint discussions, we will produce an SLA which will document what each party must deliver to allow OSLS to deliver its part of the SLA to the jointly agreed service levels, i.e. 100% despatch on day of order receipt, 99.96% stock accuracy, and so on.
Service Flexibility
Whilst our SLA will cover the “core” business, we have been around long enough to know there will always be exceptions. We pride ourselves on our ability to engage with our customers to address any such exceptions and deliver an agreed, cost-effective solution.
Communication Map
Prior to commencement, each customer is given a map detailing clear communication and escalation points for the services provided. Each customer is appointed a Customer Service Agent (CSA) who is present from the start of the project.
Transport
Whilst we have our own small fleet of vehicles covering Ireland and the UK, we also partner with a number of pallet partners and two of the carton providers in Ireland. This mix allows us to deliver greater than 98.7% On Time In Full.
